Due to COVID-19 items unfortunately cannot be returned, Items may only be exchanged within 14 days of the initial purchase. Items can gladly be exchanged in perfect condition (ex. not washed, worn, frayed or stained). Exchanged items will be put on a 24 hold before they are available for purchase again as we try to ensure the safety of our customers and store.
Exchange shipping costs will not be provided, customers who wish to exchange are expected to pay all shipping costs. Additional information will be needed to complete an exchange, please do not send back merchandise without approval. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
